Definitions of Basic Terms, Rights and Restrictions:

Our terms and conditions govern the enrollment, tuition, cancellation, transfer, and refund policies for our courses at digikids. These policies ensure fairness and clarity in our interactions with students and their families. We reserve the right to cancel a class or enrollment for certain reasons, but we also guarantee a full refund in such cases.

Our students are expected to follow certain rules and restrictions, including limitations on transferring fees or using our materials for commercial purposes. By enrolling in our courses, students and their families agree to these terms and conditions.

Rights

The rights section outlines the privileges and entitlements that parents and students have when participating in digikids' programs. These rights include the right to a safe and secure learning environment, the right to use digikids' materials and intellectual property solely for personal learning purposes, and the right to a refund if a class is cancelled by digikids. By clearly outlining these rights, digikids aims to ensure that parents and students have a positive and productive learning experience.

• Right to receive a full refund in the event of a class cancellation by digikids, except in cases beyond our control.
• Right to receive a certificate of completion and individual performance report upon completing each course or module.
• Right to the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided to digikids.
• Right to access and use digikids' materials solely for the purpose of completing coursework.
• Right to withdraw consent for the use of photographs or video footage of their child at any time.

Restrictions

The Restrictions section outlines the limitations and prohibitions that digikids has in place to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. These restrictions help to ensure that students, parents, and staff adhere to the rules and regulations necessary for the proper functioning of the program.

• Restriction on the reproduction, republishing, distribution, or exploitation of digikids' materials without prior written consent.
• Restriction on soliciting digikids' staff for tutorial sessions outside of digikids without permission.
• Restriction on the refund of fees for classes that have been paid for, except in cases of cancellation by digikids or situations stipulated under "Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund" in our terms and conditions.
• Restriction on the use of digikids' name, logo, and intellectual property without prior written consent.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund

Digikids reserves the right to cancel a class. Unless such class is cancelled due to conditions beyond our control (e.g. act of God, civil unrest, pandemic etc) a full refund will be issued.

Digikids reserves the right to cancel an enrollment for any reason it sees fit and issue a full refund of the tuition fees for the remaining classes.

Classes paid in full are not transferable

A refund is possible only when digikids is informed dissatisfaction with a class by the third session. The refund, limited to 70% of total tuition fees, will cover the remaining classes. This measure is taken to prevent misuse and abuse.

The fees of a paid class can be transferred to another program only if the booked class has been cancelled by the student 1 week in advance. The transferred payment must be used by the same registered student.
